The 50 Greatest Love Songs is a collection of popular songs by American rock and roll singer Elvis Presley. It was released on September 11, 2001. The album includes two discs with 50 of Elvis's most famous love songs. The first disc contains some of Elvis's most well-known hits, while the second disc includes songs from earlier in his career, including 10 songs that were certified as Gold singles. All versions of the album have red covers, except the British version, which has a blue cover. The CD has errors in printing and pressing details, as well as incorrect track lengths listed. The album was first released in the United Kingdom on September 11, 2001, and later released in Europe and the United States on November 12, 2001. In the same year, the compilation was released in Asia and Australia, where it helped Elvis return to the Top 30 music charts for the first time in 20 years.
