Cast

Mara Urshel is one of the co-owners of Kleinfeld. Before becoming a co-owner, she worked in the retail industry. She held the positions of senior vice president and general merchandise manager at Saks Fifth Avenue for twenty years. After leaving Saks, she worked in executive management roles at Casual Corner and Geoffrey Beene Company. In 1999, she purchased Kleinfeld Bridal with Ronald Rothstein and Wayne Rogers.

Ronald (Ronnie) Rothstein is also a co-owner of Kleinfeld. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1964 and earned his law degree from the University of Miami in 1968. He became a member of the Florida Bar. In 1976, he started a consumer products company called Oh Dawn. He sold the company in 1984 but continued working in an executive role for several more years. In 1999, he purchased Kleinfeld Bridal with Mara Urshel and Wayne Rogers.

Randy Fenoli was the Fashion Director for Kleinfeld. He was born in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, and developed an interest in fashion at a young age. He began sewing dresses when he was nine years old. As he grew older, he worked in make-up artistry, hair styling, and entertainment. He later enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He worked for Paul Diamond of The Diamond Collection before joining Kleinfeld in a professional role. He worked at Kleinfeld until 2012 and is now an independent consultant.

Dorothy Silver is the Director of Sales and Merchandising for Kleinfeld. She began her career in New York as a floor manager at Bonwit Teller. She has spent most of her twenty-five years in the retail industry working at Kleinfeld. She collaborates with Nicole Sacco and Joan Roberts.

Nicole Sacco is the Director of Fittings and Sales at Kleinfeld. She has worked at Kleinfeld for thirteen years. Her main responsibilities include helping consultants assist clients with finding dresses, completing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. She works with Dorothy Silver and Joan Roberts.

Nitsa Glezelis is the Director of Alterations at Kleinfeld. She was born in Kos, Greece, and has worked in the retail industry since she was twelve years old. She has worked at Kleinfeld for eighteen years. She collaborates with Vera Skenderis.

Joan Roberts is the Director of Sales/Bridal Manager at Kleinfeld. She worked in the retail industry for twenty-five years before joining Kleinfeld. She works with Nicole Sacco and Dorothy Silver.

Camille Coffey is one of the bridal consultants at Kleinfeld. She first learned about Kleinfeld when she was shopping for a dress for her son’s wedding. She applied for a job and has worked there since.

Vera Skenderis is the Alterations Manager at Kleinfeld. She was born in Athens, Greece. She has worked in the retail industry for thirty-four years. She collaborates with Nitsa Glezelis.

Audrey Pisani is one of the bridal consultants at Kleinfeld. She was born in Brooklyn and has worked in the retail industry for twenty years. Fifteen of those years have been spent working in bridal wear.

Keasha Rigsby is one of the bridal consultants at Kleinfeld. She has worked in the retail industry for fifteen years, with six of those years in bridal wear. She first learned about Kleinfeld when she shopped for wedding dresses with her cousin. She met one of Kleinfeld’s co-owners, Ronnie Rothstein, applied for a job, and has worked there since. She has not appeared on Say Yes to the Dress since the January 2011 season. She will appear on a new show called Keasha’s Perfect Dress on the Canadian Slice network. This show will follow her as she opens a new bridal salon.

Debbie Asprea is one of the bridal consultants at Kleinfeld. She has worked in the retail industry for eighteen years. She has been with Kleinfeld for fifteen of those years. She credits her love of fashion to her father, who was a dress contractor.

Spinoffs

  • Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta (July–September 2010; July 2011–) is the first spinoff. It focuses on Bridals by Lori, a bridal shop in Atlanta, Georgia. The shop, staff, and production company (NorthSouth Productions) are the same as the original series. The Atlanta series also led to two spinoffs: Say Yes to the Dress: Bridesmaids (July 2011–) highlights bridesmaid dresses and the bridesmaid showroom at Bridals by Lori. Say Yes to the Dress: Monte's Take (July 2011–February 2012) is a podcast hosted by Monte Durham, a bridal image consultant at Bridals by Lori, and TLC Interactive Producer Candace Keener. The podcast shares wedding tips with listeners. Say Yes to the Dress: Big Bliss (September–October 2010; April 2011–) is the second spinoff. It uses the same shop, staff, venue, and producers as the original series, but features brides who are plus-sized.
  • Say Yes to the Dress: Randy Knows Best (April 2011–August 2013): Randy Fenoli, Kleinfeld’s fashion director, shares tips on bridal topics using top ten lists and clips from past episodes.
  • Randy to the Rescue (June 2012–August 2013): Randy Fenoli travels across the United States to help brides-to-be improve their bridal style through special consultations.
  • Say Yes to the Dress: Australia (2016): An international version of the show on TLC Australia, featuring wedding dress designer Adam Dixon. This was the first local production on the channel.
  • Say Yes to the Dress: UK (2016): The second international version, which premiered on TLC UK.
  • Say Yes to the Dress: Ireland (2017): Premiered on RTÉ 2.
  • Say Yes to the Dress: Asia (2017): Created for TLC Asia, filmed in Malaysia with Malaysian hosts, and features 18 Southeast Asian women and their dresses.
